Mission Statement:

To achieve international recognition for ESCA and the securities and commodities sector of the UAE.

Objectives:

1)     To work towards implementing the IOSCO Objectives and Principles for Securities Regulation and aim at signing the IOSCO Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding.

2)     To implement the international best practices, standards and codes of conduct  in all areas of securities regulation

3)     To cooperate and collaborate with regulators and parallel institutions in overseas jurisdictions on matters of mutual interest

4)     To impart exposure to international markets and global best practices to ESCA personnel through active participation and interactions in international seminars, workshops, conferences and training programs.

Implementation: 

ESCA is an ordinary member of the IOSCO.  In order to implement IOSCOs Objectives and Principles of Securities Regulation with regard to international cooperation, ESCA has implemented the following measures:
