SCA cooperates with Dubai Police to include its employees in Esaad program

The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) entered into an MoU with the Dubai Police General Command to exchange experiences and provide SCA employees and staff with the facilities and services provided to Esaad cardholders. The MoU was signed by H.E. Dr. Obaid Al Zaabi, CEO of SCA, and Major General Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ahmed bin Fahad, Assistant Commander for Academic Affairs and Training at Dubai Police.

Dr. Al Zaabi expressed his pleasure at the signing of this MoU, saying that “it is in line with the leadership’s vision and the country’s strategic approaches and aims to strengthen cooperation between SCA and Dubai Police”. “On this basis, the two parties agreed to enter into this MoU and to establish it as a framework for ongoing cooperation and coordination,” he added.

For his part, Major General Mohammed bin Fahad said that “Esaad cards will be given to SCA employees in accordance with this MoU. This will result in employee happiness, increased productivity, and the provision of good services to the customer community, thus increasing their happiness and satisfaction”. He added that “the directives issued by H.E. Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, stress the importance of fostering constructive partnerships with local and federal bodies and departments and of working to achieve employee happiness”.

The MoU provides for giving SCA employees Esaad cards and notifying corporations and commercial institutions to provide them with the same offers and privileges enjoyed by Dubai police employees.

SCA, for its part, will bear the costs of card issuance and renewal and will have Esaad program’s logo featured on its social media accounts and smartphone application. SCA will also have the logo featured in all of its marketing campaigns as a formal partner.
