Target audience categories:
The SCA staff members who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree.
The SCA Youth Council candidates.
Staff members of public joint-stock companies and companies licensed by the SCA.
Candidates from local and federal counterparts.
New investors.

Training hours:
84 intensive training hours intended to equip trainees with the knowledge and skills needed to keep up with the future of the financial industry.
3 consecutive weeks/6 hours per day for 5 working days a week.
Evaluation of program trainees:
Trainees will take an exam to assess the knowledge acquired based on the learning objectives previously set.
Trainees will be asked to prepare a research paper on how to improve any of the services provided by the SCA and to make a presentation after graduating from the program.
Trainees will be informed of their results at the end of the training. Resit exams will be arranged for those who did not pass the first time.
Trainees have the right to resit an exam only once if they did not pass the first attempt. A pass mark will be given if the exam resit was passed.
Trainees will get the following certificates:
Certificate of completion if the course exams were passed.
Certificate of attendance if the course exams were not passed.
Graduation certificate if all course exams were passed and certificate of attendance if no exam was passed.
Exams will be administered by training providers and proctored by the SCA.
After graduating from the program, the trainee may be:
Exempted from taking the following exams:
The UAE Financial Rules and Regulations.
Fundamentals of Financial Services.
Qualified to act as a broker’s representative as per the conditions and procedures set out by the SCA.
Qualified to sit for the following international certificate exams, which help with career promotion:
Fundamentals of Financial Services, offered by the CISI.
Investment Foundations, offered by the CFA Institute.
