List of Authorized Finfluencers

The Chairman of the Board of Directors’Resolution No. (10/R.M) of 2025 regulates the activity of Finfluencers. This resolution governs the conduct of any natural person registered with the SCA who provides financial recommendations related to the purchase, sale, or holding of a financial product or virtual asset, or who offers advice regarding a financial service or any resource within the country. Such activities may be carried out through traditional or modern media channels, including various written or audio social media platforms, participation in seminars, meetings, or forums, the use of blogs, public appearances by any means, or through statements, opinions, or analyses concerning the current or future value, price, or expected performance. It also covers those who engage the public by sharing content, visuals, advice, recommendations, discussions, information, analyses, opinions, or reports related to financial investments or a specific financial product within the country.
