8 If the annual renewal is not completed on the specified date, what is the status of the fund’s registration with the SCA?

The registration approval granted to the legal representative is considered expired as of December 31, and therefore you must stop promoting the fund. If you wish to continue promoting the fund, you must submit a new registration application to the SCA and pay the fees prescribed for the registration of the foreign fund.
