1. Login to the SCA’s official website.
2. Select the service and click Start Service. Fill out the application form and provide the required documents.
3. Pay the fees prescribed.
4. Send the request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The disputes should be arising from securities trades.
2. There must be an arbitration agreement between the parties to the dispute.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Proof certifying that there is an arbitration agreement between the two parties.
2. A statement summarizing the incident and explaining the dispute in detail, including the type and quantity of the disputed securities or commodities, the date of purchase and sale, the value of purchase and sale, the classification of the disputed securities or commodities according to the market on which they are listed.
3. An accurate outline of the claims, including the claim value, the compensation value, and legal interest (if any). The disputed amount shall be estimated if the claim is made for the shares in kind. This shall be done by calculating the closing price of the disputed shares for the business day preceding the date of arbitration request filing.
4. Attested power of attorney if the arbitration request is being filed by someone else other than the arbitration claimant.
5. Any other documents supporting the request.
