The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) invites businesses to participate in an open tender. We are seeking medical insurance services for the Authority's employees, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached request for proposal (RFP). The tender will close on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 12:00 noon.

Please note that:

Registering as a supplier using the Supplier Portal (Home page – Securities and Commodities Authority – SCA Supplier Portal (sca.gov.ae)) is a prerequisite for accepting your bids. This is mandated by the UAE government for the completion of the contract-awarding process.
Negotiations will take place with bidders putting forward the most competitive bids.
Provision of the ICV certificate (a new requirement outlined in the federal government’s Digital Procurement Policy) will affect bid scoring and final evaluation.
Technical and financial quotations and other required documents must be sent to etender@sca.ae.
10% preference will be granted to green manufacturing and production companies with environmental certification.
10% preference will be granted to companies supported by the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development and the Mohammed bin Rashid Fund for SMEs.
10% preference will be granted to companies that have obtained the ICV certificate from the UAE Ministry of Industry.
