Undertaking to Attend and Comply with the Training Program
The undersigned participant hereby undertakes to attend the Financial Market Pioneers Program organized by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and to comply with the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct developed by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), particularly the following:
1. Demonstrate ethical behavior and show respect to others, in line with the policies put in place by the SCA and the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct developed by FAHR.
2. Engage in discussions and actively participate in all relevant educational activities. Comply with the decisions issued by the training provider. Refrain from causing damage or destruction to the property, distributing copyrighted material, or disclosing confidential program-related information.
3. Complete all phases of the training program. Achieve and maintain a minimum of 85% attendance throughout the program.
4. Pass the exams required for each path or course, and score a minimum mark of 75% of the total marks required for that path or course.
5. Obtain letter approval from the employer if the participant is employed by the entities listed under the Target Audience category, excluding new investors.
6. Submit a leave of absence request to the Financial Market Pioneers Program’s team if the program was missed, as a whole or in parts, due to a health condition or the demise of a first- or second-degree relative, and provide the supporting documentation.
7. Notify the Financial Market Pioneers Program’s team and the training provider in case the participant shows up late, leaves early, or takes long breaks while the program is running. Showing up late or leaving the program early twice is considered a no-show.
8. If the justifications provided for missing the whole program or parts of it are not acceptable, the participant’s employer will be notified to take the proper administrative action in line with the applicable law and the regulations issued thereunder.
9. Evaluate the lecturer and the training program upon completion according to the evaluation criteria developed by the SCA. The evaluation should be unbiased, just, objective, and reasonable.
10. The participant will be awarded the following certificates:
• Completion certificate if exams were passed successfully.
• Attendance certificate if exams were not passed.
• Graduation certificate if all exams required for all paths were passed successfully and attendance certificate if no exam was passed.
11. Participants are not entitled to receive the attendance certificate in the following cases:
• If they receive a negative evaluation from the lecturer throughout the training program, indicating that they did not fully comprehend the material covered or that improper behavior was displayed.
