TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The appeal request should be submitted using the form prescribed and attaching all the required documents within 30 days from the date the parties involved are informed of the decision. If the last day coincides with a holiday, then the deadline will be extended to the next business day. Otherwise, the appeal will be considered null. The appellant should have a legitimate interest in submitting the appeal request. Appealing against decisions involving guidance, warnings, and referrals to judicial authorities will not be reviewed.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
The request should include a detailed explanation of its subject and the appellant’s demands and reasons for appeal filing. The following documents must be attached:
- Copy of the decision appealed against (related to the matters referred to in service definition).
- Information and contact details of the parties to the appeal, in addition to the appellant’s identification papers.
- Copy of the complaint filed earlier with the SCA (if the appealed against decision is related to a complaint).
- Copy of the power of attorney if the appeal was filed by the appellant’s agent, provided that the original power of attorney is reviewed.
- All of the documents supporting the appeal request.
- Any other documents the committee deems necessary for the resolution of the appeal, given that they are provided within the period specified by the committee.
